Topic: Will EB3 be open my next month?

I had my consular interview on July 2007 but Visa not granted as the visa numbers are not available... Now the US consulate computer says the "documents are qualified" but visa number are not available.. when probable this can happen? My priority date is March 2006...

How on earth you started CP befor your visa become current?!!
