I recently won dv lottery 2009 and my numbers are in 33,000s. I am currently in the US and I have overstayed my visa for a few years. How can I adjust my status. Is it possible at all to claim the lottery.. please help!

if you elect Adjustment Of Status, I don't know how fast they can go through your case in 1 month. pray for a miracle
Consular Processing same thing, numbers might run out, and you're out of the country and might have problems coming back since you were out of status at one point.

Check this form, and if any of the situations listed applies to you then your chances may be
diminished but you could file this additional Supplement A to Form I-485 which includes a fee I
$1000 (in addition to AOS $1010 and Dept. of State Diversity Visa Fee of $375).

You will have to wait until your Number becomes available and then hope for the Best.
AF33XXX numbers come around June-July which gives you about 4 months. Its worth
trying.
As for CP.......the problem is coming back here in case it is denied so that will be
"rolling the dice"
