I won the 2008 DV Lottery and applied for AOS in January - my visa rank number was current in January. I had my fingerprints taken on 27th March and had a soft LUD on 24th April but nothing since. I am scared that if I dont get the Green Card my end of September I will lose my chance of becoming a permanent resident.
Just wondering has anyone else got theirs yet?

Im in the same scenario. I applied for AOS (DV2008) in May 28th (Number AF23XXX became current on May 1 ) I did biometrics june-20-08. So far as your application gets approved BEFORE Sept 30 2008 you are fine. Normally after the interview and approval, there's nothing to worry abou. DV cases are treated with priority (I hear) so relax.
