hey guys..when filling ur application for pr under skill workers to canada...i am not taking any attoney..and representing my self...do i still need to fill that form and sumit to cic with rest of my application...

I don't know whether you've found the info on this question you posted, but in case you haven't: We are representing ourselves as we sacked our lawyer. At that time, we had to complete the 'Use of a Representative' form (IMM5476) and sent it to the Embassy.

You dont need to fill that form if you are not using a representative.
