Topic: How to add spouse to my application
Posted by dialsaurabh (2) 07 May 2008
I'm currently residing in US, and I applied to Canadian Immigration last year while I was single. I got married early this year. I received a mail from Canadian immigration today asking for medical examination.

I want to add my wife to my application so that we can send medical records together. Can someone please list out the forms/procedure to do that. I applied under skilled workers category.

Thanks

dialsaurabh,

1. You should updated the Consulate once your marital status changed. Did you do that? Its clearly mentioned in AOR letter you receives.

2. Medical examination forms are sent by consulate. Those are not available at any website or store for usable purpose.

Looking at the details you mentioned, you havent updated consulate for your marital status. Do it asap and complete your medicals, if got the forms. You can wait for your spouse' medical forms and then she can do the same.
