Guru's , i am staying last 2 years on H1B in USA, is that mean i am eligiable for Regulat application process....for Skilled Canda immigration? Appriciate for your info....

Since you will be submitting the application to Buffalo consulate, it will be "Regular" process. Checkout CIC site for details about the same.
