My cic file is updated

We started processing your application on June 30, 2006.

A decision has been made on your application.
The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Can anyone tell me what that means.....If someone is in canada can they call me at my cell and discuss

Boss,

Order CAIPS & FOSS notes. Also email Buffalo, they always respond back within a day or 2.

If you have submitted the application at buffalo consulate, this is really not so quick update. I suggest to consult some lawyer as you are in Canada and see what can be done in this regard.

Hopefully, there should be some way.

samdheli, did you have arranged employment?, if so, then do something quickly; I have seen several people that have been rejected because the IO did not add arranged employment points by mistake. Make sure you comply with al the requirements to get AE points...

Oh, ok, good. Keep your hopes; the people I know have had that problem, they have got their PR after correcting the mistake. But you should formally explain it to the visa office; it's a very good idea to have a lawyer in this case...

If you have checked your points prior submitting the application then go ahead and take the help of some good lawyer. Also as updated by one of the member here - explain Consulate about your arranged employment.

Hi Samdelhi,
hope you keep hopes and doing well.
How have you been?
My e-cas says decision made but I didn't get medical request.
I have been waiting for letter from Buffalo office about details of "decision made."
Have you get CAIPS? Do you have any useful site for it?
If you could share more info, very appreciated!
Thanks.

Hi,

If your ecas status changed to Decision Made, this is usually the refusal of the case. If you need more assistance i am happy to help you out.

Is the decision typically mailed out in the case of status changing to "decision made", or sent as an e-mail. Or is it assumed this is the case, or does one have to find out by calling CIC. If no response is given for over an extended period of time, meaning over 1 month, is that also a decision in the negative. Any comments on previous experiences with this case would be highly desirable.
