My case got AOR on Mar 20 2008. I have no other response after that. The CIC website always show : In Process. It has been more than a year. Is it normal that the IA waiting time is more than a year? Is there any other way I can track my case, such as call them or....? Thank you for reading my question.

What did your AOR says about estimated time? I am sure your AOR letter states that. Depending on which CHC you aplied at, it could be as long as 6 years.

I would suggest to send a mail to consulate in this regard. Also you can try to ask for CAIPS notes.
