Topic: Sending Passports
Posted by WestCoast (26) 21 May 2008
Does anyone know if we are allowed to send passports via FedEx / UPS to Buffalo for PR visa stamping. Also whether we can use pre-paid FedEx/UPS envelopes for return. The passport request letter says USPS / Canada Post so just wanted to confirm with the gurus.

Note:- I'm referring to sending passports from within Canada.

My friend just do what they ask for in that letter. Why would you take that risk to send them via a different courier? Just send your passports via USPS (express mail) with a prepaid envelope, and that is it. They will send them back to you the same way, and you'll fine and happy. Good luck!
