Does anyone has template for the below items? I did my education in English along with work exp. Do I still need IELTS?

Other evidence in writing:
• Your written submission detailing your training in, and use of, English and/or
French;
• Official documentation of education in English or French;
• Official documentation of work experience in English or French.
• Other applicable documentation.

I did read a couple of discussions. I feel may be I should give some evidence to begin with and then take the test if required.
Does it sound like a plan?

What are the forms of evidence for English other than test? Does someone has a template for the letter?

If you need more than 8 points in language, you should take up the test. If you require only 8 to make it 67, then i guess evidence might work, although, I should say, you will be taking a chance.

"Does it sound like a plan?"

Sounds like a plan to me. Plan to delay your application, plan to risk getting your application rejected even. Great plan, if thats what you are looking for. If not, take the test unless migrating to Canada is not all that important to you and you are doing the application to pass time as a hobby and have money to waste on the application.

We can't say the application will be rejected if you dont submit IELTS results. The worst thing that can happen is to get asked to take the exam. CIC always gives a chance to the applicant to take the IELTS exam if they are not submitting the results initially. If the results are not submitted still - then its a different case.

Note:- Submitting IELTS initially always helps though.

Ok. You got me :) I have decided to appear for the exam. Where can I find some templates for the immigration application form?

Sigh....

Same discussion. IELTS is not a so "complex" test that any skilled worker would not be able to clear :). Another thing, it is not so expensive as you anyhow have to show good money in your savings (just very small %age of that money). 3rd - it can secure upto 16 points. 4th and most imp, as Raymasa updated, will help in avoiding any un-necessary delays.

Look at http://cic.gc.ca for the details about submitting an application. Submit ALL (and I mean ALL) documents they asking in your package. This helps consulate ppl and ensure things will happen quickly.

And please, whoever is trying to submit the application and thinking of not appearing for IELTS, think again. Things are getting difficult day by day, so why one would like to get more issues :)

He has to inform CIC about the marriage as soon as possible, whether he is claiming 4 points or not is secondary. The 4 points will hold good, so long as the marriage is held good at least untill the PR visa is issued.

I have a question:

Is it possible to assume, that if you got your medical requests your application has at least the minimum 67 points required?

Thanks for your answers!

Hi rwethereyet,
Dear, generally they process the cases having minimum 67 points. but this is not the sole criteria for them to select or reject the case. There are many cases those have been processed inspite of having less than the threshold level. You can check your assessment with CIC Assessment Calculator. This is 3 -4 step procedure to assess your scores. Best of luck

with regards,
deep
