Topic: Which is the best type of immigration for me
Posted by harshapeddu (3) 10 Jan 2007
I am into Networking. My wife is in the ERP industry. We have a kid. We have plans of bringing my parents once we go. Suggest the type of immigration ( skilled worker / family/ whatever) i must have to apply for.

I suppose Economic Class "Federal Skilled" that's it. Once you become Canada PR, then your parents will join you as "Family Class" . Please read the link pages from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html .

The review and finalization TIME LINE depends upon at which CIC post you are applying such as Resident Indian at CIC New Delhi, Residents of USA at Buffalo etc. In this website ( http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/federal-skilled-workers/ ) you must have noticed the AOR date and Finalization Time from varios CIC Posts. Your score 80 or over does not accelarate the process time line. All top 8 cities have IT / Networking skill shortages ( There are many website and for ready referrence check out : http://working.canada.com/vancouver/index.html )
