Topic: Why can't I find my application on the website?

I have already done my medicals etc but still when I put my file number (the number at the top of the IA) and my details it alway says that they can't find it... why??????????????????????? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! should I worry?

Not necessarily time to worry. The online application checker is a bit finicky in my experience. For example, have you entered your last name exactly as it appears on AOR? If on AOR the name was misspelled you would need to use that name. Also, make sure your date of birth is entered in the correct format (day, month, year, not month, day, year as is common in the US).

Lastly, when you enter the application number, make sure you select the correct identification type from the drop down menu.

Have you tried putting in correct place of birth ...eg England instead of United Kingdom.....

but all you have to put is name and date of birth..no place of birth.. in a way i'm not worried because they already asked me to do a medical and send more docs in June so wouldnt it say decision made if rejected?

I check on the application checker on cic website... prob a different one to the one you are using.....

Yes, it is because you are from the UK - I was the same. You are classed as England, Scotland or Wales. Try that on eCas and you will be fine. I had the same problem.
