Topic: TRANSFER OF FILE TO BUFFALO OFFICE
Posted by rumar (1) 20 Sep 2007
Hi every1,
i applied in dec 2003 at the Islambad consulate and after 42 months the canadian consulate requested me for my original documents, police clearance etc. which I have sent to the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad. I got my H1B this year i am moving to the US in a couple of weeks.
i wanted to know the procedure of file transfer from my homeland Pakistan to the US(Buffalo consulate). Also, will the entire case will be put up from scratch or will it be processed from whatever stage it had reached at the islamabad consulate. also i have submitted all my originals to the cic office as requested, will they be automatically be transferred to the Buffalo office?

thanks.
