Checked through the Canadian visa office in london, I discovered that some applications have gone beyond the waiting period particularly people from India, could be that applicants are being assessed based on where they come from or what? people should comments please

Are you saying CHC London told you this or someone else (other than CHC) told you this?

Looking at the trackitt, it does seem that the processing has slowed down, but that's true even for those who are UK citizens. I think CHC London has generally slowed down because during the summer months many officers take their vacation plus other officers are pulled into processing visitors and student visas.

I dont think it has anything to do with slowing down for a particular nationality.

I think the more country involved the longer the time required. An Indian born UK resident involves two countries whereas UK born UK applicant involve one. Nothing authentic....just a thought.
