Topic: Need Help regarding PR

I need help regarding the PR in Canada, I have a master's degree in US and being staying for more 2 and half year. Currently Iam on OPT which is the legal authorization to work as a student. I wanted to migrate to canada, want to know what is the procedure. that I have to follow. and how much time it would take to get the PR if I am eligible..

You should apply to the immigration center at Buffalo, NY, USA. This link will help:

If you get a job in Canada the process will be faster. Also, PNP (information on the CIC site) is faster than federal applications.

Lastly, this may not apply to you depending on the work visa you have in the US, but take a look at Alberta's new program for holders of H-1B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3
