Topic: Medicals before filing application

I noticed that in the spouse&partner cases people do medicals before submitting their applications. Where do they get the medical forms? Do DMPs have the forms or do they download them from CIC website?

You can get the forms from CIC website. These are the forms for sponsored applicants.
