Topic: Can I go to India?
Posted by abhishek20 (17) 08 Sep 2008
Hi

I have a valid F-1 visa right now and also I have applied for Canadian immigration. Now the problem is I want to go to India but in my passport there is a stamp which says Police clearance requested for Canadian immigration (that was done when I took Police clearance certificate from Indian Consulate in NY). Will this create any problem when I am returning in my port of entry.

Thanks

US is not concern unless you are applying for a GC.
