KINDLY HELP!

Yesterday E-CAS Status have changed from "IN PROCESS" to "WITHDRAWN" .

When I click on WITHDRAWN, It says:"decision have been made,we will contact you regarding the decision"

BUT I NEVER REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW MY APPLICATION.

KINDLY HELP!

MY TIMELINE:
Applied :Oct 2005 at Buffalo US
Acknowledgement: Nov 2005
File Transferred to NY:DEC 21,2006

I did my medicals and am awaiting the decision...
do u how long it may take...
