Any SEPT people get AOR in OCT?

I submitted my application on 5th of September, 2007 and no AOR yet.
Please advise on how long it normally takes to get an AOR.

my application was received at the buffalo office on sept 18. but haven't got my AOR yet.

I received my AOR yesterday dated 14th October, 2007.

I just checked with my bank to see whether the bank draft was cashed yet. It's not even cashed.

hi sexyspice. did u check whether ur cheque was cashed yet. I checked mine yesterday and it wasn't. not sure if CIC returned my application or they haven't got to my application yet.

My application was received on September 05 ( As per Canada post) but I haven't received AOR yet. Possibility either there is an error in my application which is being returned to me or immigration people are not done with their summer vacation yet.
Eddy where are you located? in Ontario?

Just realized that this conversation is from last year... lol.. I thought it is about this year.. sorry everybody..
I am very anxious for my AOR as it has been more than a week but I still have not received the AOR

Processing seems to be a bit delayed. I orginally submitted my PR application in July, and it took them 6 weeks to return it for a TINY technicality, I assume it would have been around the same timeframe if they had sent an AOR. Best of luck on getting your AOR soon!

Did you mean to say September '08 or is it really '05? If '05, you should have received your AOR by now, you may want to contact CHC.
