hi im rajveer and i applied my case from uk chc london approx to yrs ago at tht time i was on work permit but now i came back to india and my work permit expires so someone in delhian immigration consultent i met he was saying tht my case will be rejected and if ur not their in uk as on work permit status visa officer will reject ur case upon goin on tourist visa he will not deal.is that true if yes then any other option as how i can save my case as i applied in dec2005 so 90 days update letter r abt to come... pls help tell me is there a way out...as i waited for it for quite a long time......n yes ill also will call my agent in london as today is sunday so tomorrow n ill write down wht they will say to me...okk plsss suggest a way out.
