Topic: Chronology of the immigration process from UK ... ?
Posted by AmandaCAN (18) 08 Jun 2007
At the risk of sounding ignorant (but then, I guess I am, when it comes to the emigration process!), can anyone give me an idea of the actual process, ie what happens and in order?
In case that isn't clear, it would be useful to know the specific process, for example is it (1) Initial assessment; (2) Medical; (3 + 4) Docs requested and sent; (5) Interview; (6) Passport requested; (7) Visa received?
Maybe it's obvious to everyone except me!

But where does the '120 day letter' fit in with this?
Is there a 90 day letter (or have I imagined that!), if so, what is it and when in the process should that be anticipated?
E-mail me direct if more preferable.
Thanks!
