Topic: Can I apply for immigration again after lost PR status
Posted by JZ031105 (44) 21 Mar 2008
Hello:

I landed in Canada 3 years ago, then left Canada. So technically, I lost my status. Just wonder if I will be eligible to apply for the immigration again under the Federal Skilled Workers category.

Thank you very much.
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan -
I am in similar situation - After months of waiting and trying to get an answer from the immigration forums / lawyers - I have decided to apply again under Federal Skilled Worker category as it would be considered as a new application.

Let me know if you have any questions

Hi, Mzkhan:

Did you re-apply for the PR of Canada yet? Want to get in touch with for some discussion.

Thanks,
