Topic: When do you get IA after file is transfered to local office?
Posted by CamryMaxima (2) 25 Mar 2008
I will like to know how long it takes to receive IA after your file has been transfered to a local processing center like Los Angeles, Detroit, Seattle, NYC or any other. Can any one share their experience? Can you tell if one center is faster or better in respomding to applicants than the other centers? What center has a faster rate of issuing the IA? What center has the faster rate of issuing PPR? What center do you think is better with applicants and the process? Is there any particular reason why they send some applications to different offices? Is there any reason they send an application to one particular local office instead of another? Please, share your experiences, knowledge, ideas and opinions.

The applications are usually transferred based upon your location and load on Buffalo office. There is no estimation precisely about which office take how long. Just wait for the update instead of worrying :)
