What I have noticed is, there is a great delay in issuance of AOR letters for individuals who have applied after Feb 27.
It seems as if there are no new AORs issued in last few days and it has come to a stand still.

May be something to do with the new rules. Probably theyw ant to finish all old cases, reduce the backlog and then start processing once the new rule is passed. Youmight hear more info once the new is actually passed
