I am preparing following documents from Pakistan:

Age(20 Points): Original (Birth certificate. Driving license, noterised copy of passport)

Education(30 points): Original bachalor degree and trnascript (from FAST-NUCES)

English language: Letter from uni stating medium of instruction is english for bachalor degree.

Past Earnings(25 points): I am showing two salaried empolyments, one full time and one consultancy work. So both are explained below:

1.Salary slips and letter from employer 1 stating salary and tax deducted. The company submits tax of all emplyees on their befhalf. I dont have tax return of this salary but company can provide thier list of all of emplyee's for which tax has been submmited including mine. Are these evidences OK?

2. For consultancy work, company don't pays tax for my salary, I have to make a separate tax return for that salary by submitting tax or letter from employer stating salary is enough?I receieve salary in cash and cannot provide bank statements.

Please advice on ur experiences that if I apply with above documents what are the probs and succes chances?. I am appliying on my own and not through any consultant coz they only charge money for documentation nothing else.

Thanks

Farrukh

I am waiting since last 90 days, i heard that this delay is due to some HO internal Restructuring. Actually HO got many asian employees who got sacked, last month, coz of corruption. This news i heard from some resources in UK.

So this delay might be due to that reason. But still its ridiculous, they r not responding on emails/phones etc.
Anyways Lets hope for the best.

i applied on jan 11, 07 and still waiting and know many more pki applicants who applied 5,8,12,34 months ago and still waiting like others...and i called my MP today to findout , she called home office and she told me that she cannot do anything and because home office has flood of applications therefore delay is very normal and she said that its is normal if some applications are waiting for 6,12 24 or 36 months. and home office case worker said, if one pushes us to make a decision on urgent basis that they will make decision base on the information they alreayd have, wihtout waiting for the result of the further verifications etc therefore we will make decision but most likely it would be in ur favour, means it would be declined , saying , rejected , because further verifications couldnot be done/completed.
some ppl are also loosing their all orignal documents, this once just today lost his. here is the link.

Topic: HSMP Approval - HELP - anybody waiting for approval beyond 11 weeks
many people have lost their orignal in post as well.
cannot belive home office is so careless with people's orignal documents.and post by ordianry post instead of recorded or specialy delivery. specialy when the home office fees are so hight £750.00 per application. itis a complete rip off .

Salaam All,
I had applied on 20March and got ack on 3 April. I emailed to HO but didnt rcv any status update as they are not providing status updates through emails any more. I have been trying to reach them but nobdy picks up the phone. I still dont know my reference number. its 72 days gone since i have applied. what shud I do? except the obvious thing WAIT

Secondly, can anyone tell me the EC rules for Pakistan. and when its going to change for Pakistan.

well , HO is no more providing status update for cases falling within their service standard (i-e 14 weeks). However you can try your luck calling them for reference number after 1400 Hrs British Time Monday through Friday. I am also waiting for the reference number for which i would call this week.
Regarding your second query, date still to be announced for changes to become effective

Regards
Engrss
