i got HSMP approval and now applied for EC.
I got info that integra contacted my present and prev employer and i got feed back they told positive abt me ( i checked with my employer and prev).
i think my university degree also verified but i didn't get that feedback. i have applied for EC on 23rd july,
when i can expect my VISA. And what they will do now after integra screen???
If every thing goes fine then i am looking for a job in Telecom (GSM/GPRS/3G as Field test engineer or Lab test engineer) or STB domain as MPEG Chip validation engineer or any related testing in embedded systems.
Can you please let me know about opportunities and how many days it will take for my VISA.

the pay slip which i had initially sent for my approval does not match with the ones with 1 sent for EC to chennai. The salary is the same but since i had lost those pay slips i got new ones issued from the company which has a different design pattern. Will this be a problem? integra called my employer and my employer gave all the details as requested.

According to HSMP guideline document, first phase you get HSMP granted, and second phase you get ENTRY CLEARED.
there is no hard n fast rule you willbe guranteed the enrty clearance.Thsi is a factual thing.
a) You may pass the normal entry clearnce requirements. such as funds ; accomdation, initial expences, this may vary depending , you r job offers market, part of uk you plan to settle ect.
b) They will further cross check your evidence, in case they find any data unrelaible, un realsitic certainly they will refuse you (such as you have provided false information, or done any violations of immigration in uk/EU /US /Canada or AUS. the new linked systems will be able to tell the authorities.
So you dont need to submit the same pay slips , instead you need to supply last 3-6 months bank stataments and salary slips which they will consider as you funds and saving for you start of things here in UK.So You dnt want to worry about it.
If you have lost any pay slips you senmd to them for HSMP , its good to have a back statement to back up that evidence , showing your salary.Also its always good to provide all details such as "my evidence submitted for HSMP"
and all other evidence for ec seperately

Hi,
I am applying for HSMP. I have an issue about my name in different documents.
In all my education documents (till my B.tech &ME certificates) & PAN card, my name is written as amalaraju, and in my employer records, its written as amalraj, and is reflected in my bank statements, salary slips and IT return forms.
will this be an issue to be through with the whole process?
I am submitting an affidavit which shows that both the names are concerned to same person.Is this sufficient?

I am planning to apply for HSMP. I have almost got all the documents ready but except one i.e, Birth Certificate or a Driving Licence for Date Of Birth Proof. Please let me know insted of eaither the two documents mentioned above will they consider any other documents like a PAN Card or my 10th Class Mrks Memo along with a Notarised copy of my Passport as a proof for my Date Of Birth. If so also please let me know what reason I have to mention in the application.

done your degree with English as the medium of instruction.That will be sufficient.

I am kanna recently i have applied for hsmp ....as i am working for indian company in uk i dont have p60 and my company will only pay tax to uk government .so tax deduction is not shown in my payslips .....and they will send payslips to my mail which i have taken print out get it sign and stamped with my hr and i have submited bankstatement also i have got 75 point ....is these any problem ?

Best thing is provide all bank statements, and get a letter from HR/Payroll (you do a letter that you earned x amount for a month and get it signed by you.ALso get a letter confirming the annual pay.
My advice is DO NOT GET a risk , when you have it.Regarding the tax deduction, in you letter write a section that they dont mention it, and do a reverse calculation (other wise they will presume tahts the net salary(with out considering tax))
Also please get a letter from hr with contact numbers saying if HO wants to clarify , to contact them
Before you submit , double check every thing on that section as you are applying with out p60

I can understand how much of an uncertainty u shld be going thru. I applied exactly under the same circumstances as u and supposedly my HSMP is approved. Awaiting my documents. These are my recommendations
-> You will have to use the exception route
-> Take 12 months salary slip print out(i am confident u have an email copy of salary statement). Get HR signature and seal in each copy.
-> Take PDF print out of ur Uk salary compensation letter. Get HR sign and seal.
-> 12 month Bank statement. The amount paid in to ur bank shld match your monthly salary slip.
-> Covering letter stating why you opted for excemption(reason for not providing P60). Mention your company name- website if any and also ur Europ Headoffice address/Phone number and UK HR contact details, so the HSMP team can call and verify if needed.

i have submited notriy with my application but i think i have not seen but they have sent in my rejection letter that everything is fine age proff not submitted.
do any one say notriy of passport is accepted as a age proof or not

HSMP Application Rejected
My application rejected because of not providing Age evidence, even though I submitted notary of my passport as evidence as per the HSMP guidelines.
I am planning to re-send the application for review. Want to know from the forum whether any one faced with same situation.
As per the HSMP guidelines we can submit notary of my passport as a evidence proof.
Please suggest me whether I should submitted all the required documents (Driving License, Birth Certificate) or notary of passport will work.
What action should i take next?

if you have non english versions provide notarised copy as well as the orginal
I am sorry to say that you gave them the oppertunity to reject it by not sending your passport or any other docs.
What differnace would it make to send the passport along side your other certificate??

I am little confused about the fee structure of HSMP application. All I need to know is
1. As per my understanding HSMP application process is divided into 2 phases. first to make an initial application with points claimed. Second for EC.
2. What is the exact cost involoved in this process? How much initial HSMP application costs? How should one approach visa office, sheffield UK? Is there any governing body present in India for making an initial application.
I have read on the sites that they charge 400 pounds for initial HSMP application and need to send via courier by filling all the necessary details to sheffiled home office.
Can you all please give me your thoughts and valuable opinions? Quick reply is much appreciated and thanks and advance.

FeDex and UPS usually require signature at delivery; I heard that people in the HSMP office are very picky. Do you believe that they will sign for my document upon receiving?
Also, can anybody tell how HSMP agents deal with the currency conversion? I’m in the US and my past earning is just at the limit of the Band £32,000+; I’m sure with a major fluctuation on the financial market, I might find myself in another band section - £29,000+.

Hi,
I have applied for HSMP on 20th sep.Still my application is under consideration.Actually i have taken my Degree in 2002.In 2004 my university name is changed.The letter given by my college for english proof has new university name and my OD has old university name.Will it be a problem?.
Since the decission is not yet taken can we send additional proof saying that the university name is changed.

2. Off the 3 yrs tax returns.. i lost the oldest of the 3. (namely - 2005~2006). i have 2003~2005 and i have the latest 2. what do i do?
3. i went to the VFS here... and they only gave me the new VAF-2 form... i was told there are 2 more.. integra and hsmp forma... is this right? how do i get this?

1. Yes it is VAF-2
2. pratically it should be fine because you have to show your past 12 months earnings, so 2 years should fine.

I have done my graduation B. Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and Post graduation M.Sc. (Computer Science). How can I get the benifit by both of the degrees in the calculation of HSMP points.
I'm calculating HSMP points as under below:
Graduation B.Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) = 30 points
Post Graduation M.Sc. (Computer Science) = 35 points
Age < 28 yrs = 20 points
Salary for India band = 25 points
Total = 110 Points
Is there advantage if I have more HSMP points?
how can I show both the degrees (B.sc. M.Sc.) in the calculation of HSMP Points?

Hi All,
I'm having following queries on HSMP processing.Can anybody please help in clarifying these quires.
I'm working in UK currently on Workpermit from last 15 months on deputation from an INDIAN company(Infosys).
I'm getting payslips in UK and also in INDIA.
UK payslip only contains Netsalary there is no gross salary and in INDIA payslip will contain only basic salary which contains gross salary and tax details.
1) Do I need show these two countries earnings ?
2) If I show UK earnings only I'll get enough of 75 points but I can't show any details about Gross earnings even I can't get letter from my employer about gross earnings. I can only show bank statement with net salary and net salary pay slips.
Please suggest me.
