Yesterday i applied for EC from HYD VFS, i got approval in November2007.
DOCUMENTS FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE:
EC Covering letter
Duly filled VAF2 visa application form
Original HSMP approval Letter + copy of it
All documents sent for HSMP (Don’t miss anything) + copy
Duly filled Integra verification form + copy of it
Duly filled Hsmp Performa form + copy of it
2 Passport size Photos (45X35)
Education Documents:
10th,12th & Degree certificate (PG certificate is in HSMP approval documents) + copy of it
I) Docs from current employer:
Appointment letter + copy
Recent 6 month pay slips signed & stamped by HR + copy
Hike letters + Copy
Service Certificate from current employer + copy
Salary certificate from current employer + copy
Copy of my official ID card
Recent IT returns + copy
II) Documents for Accommodation:
1) Invitation letter from friend
2) The Photostat of passport pages (First page, Last Page and UK Visa/Work permit page)
3) Copy of tenancy Agreement
4) Council tax bill
5) Gas bill
6) Recent Bank statements & pay slips
III) Proofs of assets
1) Last 6 months bank statement of salary account (closing balance is 4 lac)
2) Letter from bank for outstanding balance
IV) Integra Documents
I submit photo copies of below documents
Duly filled VAF2
Valid HSMP Approval letter
Duly filled Integra form
Duly filled HSMP profarma
Last 6 months pay slips
MSc certificate & final year marks sheet
Salary certificate & Service certificate
V) Job search related docs
I submit job subscription mails from various job sites (jobserve, cwjobs)

Hi Mallik,
Hope you are doing good, I am praveen from hyderabad, i am also in the process of my HSMP and submitted my documents on 31 March 08.
Since its already 5 weeks i called Home office call centre today , spoke to the executive , he says , i need to wait for 14 weeks for knowing the status.
So still keeping my fingers crossed , can we track the status from any where , then please let me know.
Any modes of knowing the status please let me know.
I saw your postings here, they are good , so need your help.
Could your please guide me for the below.
1) Where can we get VAF2 visa application form , Hsmp Performa form and Integra verification form .
2) What is Integra verification form and Hsmp Performa form ?
3) Do we need to provide our passport along with the documents you specified.
4) Can we apply for dependent Visa along with our EC.
I will come up with wome more queries as per status of my HSMP.

First of all i wish you Goodluck for your application. The only way to track your application is phone and mails.
Give me your mail id i will send all the required forms, yes u need to provide a valid passport along with Ec application.
You can apply for ependant visa along with your EC.
