Hi Navin,
My boss is tired of HSMP delays and EC will delay things further. I fear my offer will be rescinded.
How are you holding up. Why do u think it will take it will take a month for EC ??
I am thinking to dump my HSMP app and apply afresh for Tier 1 PBS

when did u apply for hsmp ? Did you get your HSMP approval ?
EC as per the new rules will take 30 working days. So once you apply for EC, it will take atleast 45 days.

I applied on March 8th. Shud I just dump HSMP and go for Tier 1. Heard it is done in 20 calendar days. Dont care about the money.

please help me ..i applied ec on 22may and i have shown 1.22lacs as liquid funds in my account and rest in fixed deposits.........i hope they consider my fixed deposiuts.....
please if nybody has a similar case or is aware about the case ..please let me knw ...i asked the vfs guys that and they said yes fd's are consideered....

Let me explain my case, the reason i applied EC because i have a Job Offer in hand. My concern is i didn't mainted funds for 3 months. I cross verified with the VFS officer he told no issues. Im just crossing my two fingers and eagerly waiting for my EC approval..
Would appreciate ur opinion's on this....

2800GBP for 3 months :Yes (with the help of personal loan of 1.75 lakhs),produced loan approval document,
Final status:Approved on 29th May ,Got stamped passport on 31-May-2008

Well,
The first thing wud like to tell you is to get bold and not to worry. Cool head.
well, give some info as to how much time did u maintian funds for if not 3 months. Offers legally do not make a strong case or waie off the maintenance reqmt. As nothing such is mentioned on the BIA website.
Else, the best thing is to wait and watch and get no views from any others, this may add worries to your mind.
Believe in God and your fate. If ur case handled by some good officer, no worries. Hope for the best.

Hi !!
I want to apply for HSMP visa. I have my wife as dependent. I have completed all the documents for myself. Documents of my wife are still pending.
I have following doubts
1) whether I need to apply for my wife's visa at HSMP initial application stage, or only at the time of EC stage?
2) If at HSMP initial stage, what are the documents of my wife, i will require to submit ?
3) Is it advisable to apply for her visa at the time of HSMP initial application, or at the time of EC.
4) Is it advisable to first lend there alone and then call dependent after us

Hi,
I have a HSMP approval letter dated Feb 2008. I am planning to apply for my Entry Clearance in Mid of July.
In the Integra screening form they are asking the Bank contact details for verification purpose. I have an ICICI account, when I checked with my Bank they are not ready to give any contact details.
Some one in the group who have already applied for EC/Tier-one, please assist me.

sorry to hear about the ec rejection....u can still apply again with fresh funds ....
just wanted to clear one thing ...did u shoiw funds in fd's mf also oir just ur savings account balance.....actually i have also put fd's and mutual funds to get my total balance of 2800 pounds....i have shown my fd's ......i hope thaT SHOIULD WORK.........

HSMP approved on 13 may.
now planning for EC
my worry is in VAF9B - part 6-(6.4)
Have you ever ben refused a visa for any country including the UK?
I applied for US visit visa in 2004 nov but they dint gave visa, in my passport at last page they stamped (US consulate application received) thus it mean my visa was refused or what, really i dont know should i fill this 6.4 field in VAF9B or to leave this field or should i fill this , I appriciate your efforts if u people can kindly help me in this regard
