Topic: Help on Rejection.
Posted by check123 (1) 23 Jun 2008
1 ---Ive submitted Photo copies of my weekley payslips, With a company letter signed by manager mentioning net and Gross each month. As they were not willing to stamp and sign that many payslips as they were weekly.

2-- 2nd company i worked for, HO mentioned that they were unable to verify my work. Though they told men that HO called 4 times during the process.

Can i Appeal or do i need to apply for new case.

Theyve got my passport, and my visa is also expired. What shall i do.

Hi Check123,

Sorry for hearing abt your rejection..

What other documents did you provided other than your payslips...?
Why did you submitted photocopy of your payslips and not orignal? I belive the home office wants everything in orignal?

I would think the same as Devilish

You should give them the original one, unless they are printed on plain A4 papers then they must be stamped and signed by the employer. although they are not willing to give such help, but remember, you did work for them and it is a true doc, they should be able to confirm this by stamp and sign. anyway, it really depends on the employer...I was asking for HR dept to issue a more detailed letter but they said they have not done so before and said that my payslips are far enough, rubbish! they will know it is not enough if I am unlucky get rejected.

Hi check 123,

you are already in the uk, u should about this people better than us, anyway, they won't accept photocopies, don't mention you documents are photocopies, once the payslip is stamped and signed by the company, after that, that's same value as original, try to give your bank statement also it's help you as a evidance of the payslip. If i'm wrong please some one clear my thoughts.
thanks

I would also think the same, dont mention it is photocopies if you have any reason of not be able to provide the originals, but for sure you will have to get them stamped and signed!

I am going to send my P60 over in the next few days before my case is processed, although I lost my original P60 in post from UK to China, but I managed to get a duplicated that printed on company letterhead paper, General Manager signed, and stamped. they did not mention my GM's position but they said that HO has his signature as record anyway. I would just say it is my original P60!

PLEASE GUIDE ME AS AFTER REFUSAL OF INITIAL HSMP, I JUST REALISED THAT HSMP RETURNED ALL MY DOCUMENTS EXCEPT PAYSLIPS AND EMPLOYER SALARY STATEMENT FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. I MUST SUBNIT THEM IN ORIGNAL FOR REVIEW WITHIN 20 DAYS AS 8 DAYS ARE ALREADY PASSED. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO. DOES ANYONE KNOW OR SUGGEST WHY DID HSMP TEAM, KEPT THEM , IS IT BY MISTAKE, DID THEY LOST THEM OR IS IT NORMAL for them to keep some document without writing anything about them...
should i complain ..
would i be able to apply for review without them or by using photo copies..
my consultant is saying , nothing to worry, but i doubt it seriously...
the question in my mind is , how can a neutral new caseworker , decide without the orignal income certificate and payslips in my favour.. i think he will straight refuse saying insufficient proof for income..
plese share ur view and guidance.
and what should be my next steps...
