Topic: Student visa issue
Posted by ravi1414 (1) 09 May 2008
Hello admin. I had applied for a settlement visa back in 2001 when i was under 18. my mother is a uk citizen. The immigration officer had refused my visa. My mother had appealed against the refusal in uk which also was turned down. Now i have got admission in a uk college and I am not applyin for a student visa. My intentions are pure and afer studying i would be returning back to india. My application was refuse on the grounds that i was living a very normal and luxirious life here with my father and they did not see any reason for me to go and live with my mother in UK. Is there a chance that my application will again be resued because of my past refusal
