I have got the HSMP approval letter on march. I am planning to apply FLR from UK.
do i fall under the new rules?
What are the items can be shown as Maintainence Options. Since i haven't maintained funds in the bank.
What is the basic amount to be maintained for 2 person? ( staying with dependent )
what are the document to be subitted for FLR?
what is the form ? any link please.

Hi
You will fall under - Transition Arrangement for HSMP. 350GBP will be charged to you for FLR . Funds in Bank over 800GBP is mandatory for at least 1 month prior to approval - till June end 08.
My Qs:
a. I wanted to to know - What is the Estimated time to procure an FLR Visa when we apply from UK ? Days /weeks ?
b. Does Home office allow for urgent treatment under FLR application ?
c. If we have HSMP approval - then do we only need to establish the Maintenance funds?

Approved on 8 April 2008
FLR appled on 18 April 2008
Urgent treatment applied on 8 May 2008
FLR approved on 14 May 2008
Docs received on 15 May 2008

i didnt apply for EC as i am already in UK instead i applied for FLR....
if they accept ur urgent treatement then they will take the decision based on how urgent u need the passport.

I applied for FLR on 7th April......Till now i didnt receive my passport i phoned to HO today .....They said my application is still under consideration
Please tell me how many weeks they can hold the application in HO

U shld be receiving ur approval anytime in near future....usually it takes less than 28 days..myselves nd my frnd both got stamped within 28 days.

Came to UK with WP. Got HSMP approval letter from HO and submitted Toer1 application on 04-June with HSMP Approval letter and now wanted to go back to India on 29-June bcoz of client side res tructure. Please inform me how to get my Passport with stamped one

If you want to go to india on june 29th ...Better send Urgent form ASAP with correct evidence (50% Chance) to get the passport with visa stamp....Otherwise phone to customer service and tell them to send u r passport back...Bcoz ...Now they are taking 10 weeks maximun to finalize the visa...In my point of view for your application the case worker wont allocate till now.....before allocating the case worker better talk with customer service ..and take advice......Better dont even think that u will get the visa stamp with in june 29 th ( i guess)

Applied Tier1 application on 02-June, reached HO on 03-June and the amount has been deducted on the same day. Wanted to send a Tickets to HO by Fax, please provide me the fax and phone mumbers.

it usually takes 8-10 weeks to recive ur passort.....It is always recomemded to apply 2 months proir to your visa expiry ...

I applied for the FLR Visa on 30th May - after getting my HSMP approval ...The passport is with the Home Office...since then...
When will I recieve the passport back ? My WP will expire on July 30th .. unless extended by my company?
Can i continue to work - with the HSMP approval - If i take up a Contract job ?
