I have received my hsmp approval letter.
Need info on following fields within the Tier1 MAIN and DEPENDANT applications
MAIN
Section A4 - Home Office Ref Number - Do I put in the HSMP approval letter number in this ?
Section B10 - Home Office Ref Number - Do I put in the HSMP approval letter number in this ?
Section D4 - Visa NUmber - Which is the Visa number ( a 9 digit number in red at right top ) OR ( VAF number on the Visa )
Section D33 - Does the applicant wish the Agency to process the current outstanding application ?This question seems to be a bit irrelevant - Any idea what they are asking for ?
DEPENDANT
Section F4 - Home Office Ref Number - Do I put in HSMP approval letter number in this ?
Section H2 - Has the main application received notification that their application to remain under the Points Based System has been successful ? ( As both MAIN and Dependant applications are made together, the answer will be NO ). Correct ?
