My I140 EB3 was filed on 4/2/08. I have not yet received the receipt. This doesnt seem normal..does it?
My employer insists that they will let me know when they receive it. My 180 days of labor approval will be over in a month or so.. what should I do? Does uscis have a set timeline as to by when the receipt must be issued?

did you talk to your attorney? who did send your application ur boss or ur lawyer. mostly the I-140 receipt comes to the lawyer's office. Try to call your attorney because he is the one getting the receipt ltr.. because some f.........g employer and thoses as...e lawyers not want to give you the receipt. may be I'm wrong.
