Could anybody please advise. I filed my 1-140 on July 2. I am currently working part time with my employer as I finish my doctoral degree and was wondering if there is anybody there in this situation. My employers financials should be okay, with a budget of 1.5 million a year in federal government grants. I am still waiting for my 1-140 approval, it it necessary for me to begin working full time?

I filed same in july concurrent like you.I am also as part-time with my employer since my labor certificatiopn with them. Seems should be good, since GC is a promise for providing a full time job after getting it and you will have to be a full time after getting GC (for at least 6 month or a year - i dont know).
