just spoke with an IO at tsc and she told me that because they never received my file from csc until oct 3rd they will not process it until that date is current even though my original RD is july 27th, i am being penalized even though it wasn't my fault. i guess there aint much point in me even looking again until the end of the year atleast.

I think the IO is lying to you....based on other posts they have to honor the original receipt date....ask the Guru's.....ignore what she said.

Probably they might have said, the I-140 processing date is not July 27th. Its around June 27th.

I hope you are right kc it is bad enough the wait as it is without falling behind the influx of last summers filers as opposed to being in the middle of them. i will try to keep the chin up
