All you guys claim that you make 7 figure amount , some do have Green Cards even . WHy are you still posting comments here round the clock? I am surprised... I make 55K and still have not received a single paycheck from employer. I thought i had issues but seems we all have even after getting GC ... Am i missing something? Enlighten me please

7 figure... 6 figure... whatever.... I'm in a far modest scenario, but anyway, I do have computer access and agree with zma, sitting at the computer most of my day.

I am in US for about 3 weeks now and my employer will pay me ( 55K ) since i didn’t get My SSN yet.
It seems it is very easy to make money here in US , even with out GC. We can spend a lot of time in Trackitt and yet make good money by working efficiently.

Don't wait several years to start the GC process! As soon as you know you want to stay here permanently, start the process! I started my process after being here only one and a half years and I got my GC before my original visa stamp expired! I am lucky to be EB2 ROW from a small US friendly country and I iknow the waiting time is longer for India, but if you can, apply early to avoid or at least reduce the number of 6th year extensions.

If you own a technology company and make 7 figures and you need to hire foreign talents on visa or GC then you need to know about the immigration laws.....
If you own a technology company that earns you 7 figures, then you just HIRE somebody who knows immigration laws. |

Agree... But you also need to understand what is going on so the lawyer won't abuse you and bullsh*t you...... Attorneys' exaggerate a lot about the difficulty of the cases in order to charge you more....

That's why in order to have successful business you need to build up a group of trusted people. You can't do everything alone. Besides immigration there will be patent law, copyright law, accounting, taxes, local, federal, international laws - you can't do it all alone. Immigration is just a tiny part. Even lawyers choose specific area, nobody does everything. |

Well.. 7 figures was a joke. I can't imagine anybody on EB with 7 figures. 7 figures qualifies for EB5 category - always current, easy approval, better than NIW/EB1. If you make 7 figures - you are the man :) |

First of all, neither me nor Ninja (as I understood from his post) do not make even 6 figures :)))
Why I'm posting here? Because I like to help people, I like share my knowledge even I know not to much.

Yor are the super hero :) in trackitt(lol).I think USCIS will process the new application because of automated process. I think if you apply in 2009 then you will get it within 8 months like Australia.You are the lucky person..we are still waiting for 8 years..
