Topic: Adding wife to green card application

My priority date is not current yet. Is it possible to add my wife to the green card application at this time OR do I have to wait.

It depends. If you're planning to do Consular Processing for your wife, you can file for Follow-to-join now. But if you're planning to Adjust Status to Immigrant here in the US, you must wait until your PD becomes current before you can file i-485 for her.
