Does anyone know where the infopass office in chicago is located?

It is located downtown very centric, in the loop neighborhood, just one block south of Congress and Clark St if i recall correctly.

I haven't but a friend has for a family-based case. She's been there three times. Twice they were rude and obnoxious and the third time very nice and helpful.... I guess it's like talking with them on the phone; if you're lucky, you get a helpful person.

I did last month. Honestly, they did not offer more information to me than the same Ialready had from the IO I spoke on the phone at TSC. The IO dig in the system and accessed the info beyond the standarized answering-machine type, and I could know about my name check, etc.. Infopass did not get further than that.

I do not know if exactly assigned or pre-adjudicated. They IOs contradict each other in that part. Last tuesday i spoke with an IO and she told me that she will raise a msg to her supervisor suggesting having my case ready for final decision. Thats why I think is just pre-adjudicated but not assigned to an officer yet. how about yours?
