05/20/08 - I-485 RFE Response Duplicate Sent (Since there was no online update for days)
05/21/08 - LUD and Email from CRIS: Documents received, case resumed
05/21/08 - Soft LUD
06/05/08 - Card Production Ordered Email received + LUD
06/06/08 - Card Production Ordered Email received + LUD (Yeah, 2nd LUD and email)

I got my card ordered email but my wife got a RFE and will post you with more info but keep me posted about ur dependent's RFE too.

Unbelievable. Why RFE comes in installments ? Can't they look at all aspects of file while preparing RFE ? Some backdoor deal with all these courier agencies.

I had an infopass appointment yesterday. Waited 3 hours to find two questions:
1. My name check is still pending and I got approval of I-485 and card production ordered on 06/05/08
2. Even though my dependant got an RFE, somebody is still working on the case and looks like they have found what the RFE was all about (told by the IIO at infopass), she said that RFE was on 06/06/08 but there was an activity on 06/08/08 (Sunday) and she said that looks like somebody is working on the case.
I called NSC on 06/06/08 when I got the RFE for dependant to find out why it has not been adjucated (1st RFE was sent on 03/26/08).
Not sure if NSC just issued the same RFE or they just wanted to buy some more time.

Ranajee, Congratulations on your approval!
In your first RFE, there was a missing signature on medical form. Was it really missing? I received an RFE and found out that the medical form was already signed. My signature is circled in red. Talked to my lawyer and he asked to get initials of the doctor and mine again. Not sure if this is sufficient. Was your case similar?
Anybody suggestions please?
