that article seems poorly written and doubt if it has any merit.

That link is for the reinstatement of I-140 premium processing and not for I-485....

The article is poorly written and misleading, Zma. USCIS is just reinstating premium I-140 processing (and only for certain applicants) which was available 1 year ago. I did mine premium back then.

I was so happy when I saw this link, but as everyone said, it was for I140......... sad.. but what I don't understand is " why do we need Premium Processing for I-140?". for the EB1 and EB2? We all EB3 are stuck at I-485.

If your I-140 is approved you can change employers using AC21 & extend H1B for 3 year intervals after 6th year
Other advantages too

Hey Bestia

Good to see you boy :)))))))))))))

You are right the article is written pretty poorly. :))

Hope that all is going well. I also hope that you are not in a "waiting mode" anymore. :))))))

Good to see you too, Zma :) How is green life?

I'm in deep "waiting mode", actually I'm more in "action mode" - yesterday I contacted my Congressman regarding my case. I'm gonna be bombarding them with Senator/Congressmam/Ombudsman requests - I'm actually starting enjoying it :)

The USCIS is just freak, how could they re-initiate the premium service for I-140 with guzellions of cases are not adjucated yet and most of them have already passed the 6th year. I am in 10th year and not having I-140 cleared yet. If they are really worried for 6th year then clear all the cases for them who have passed their 6th year already. It does not make sense to me with having a big back log and starting preimium service for new cases. I am feeling very thrashed. GOD just delivers us, please.
