my H1 is going to expire by April 2009 and still have another 2 years under H1( i mean i completed 4 years). Every body knows that we have start renew before six months. so i have to start my paper work in coming october.
ONE MORE THING, I AM ALSO HAVING EAD WHICH IS VALID UNTIL DEC, 2008.BUT I AM NOT USING.
Now INS telling that they are going give EAD for 2 years.
Then what do you guys suggest Can I renew my H1 visa for 2 years OR can I go for EAD?
NOTE: if we go for EAD means, are we going to pay double the fee for EAD?
Please clarify...and suggest pros and cons.

Then It's good to stay on H1B. The only issues are..
1.You have to Stamp when the current one expires, if you go out of country
2. If you are married , your spouse have to be in H4, If EAD she can work |
I AM SINGLE....THATS IS THE PROBLEM...
