Awesome ... now that the updated date is back to July and as usual they arent going to touch concurrent cases, I think I have reached the peak of my patience and am thinking to abandon this whole application and return home. I dont think it is any worth to spend my time and my health (which is deteriorating too quickly). I am sure there are many more people like me who have thought about it. Only time will tell if I am going to see that green day or just return back WITH FRUSTRATION

P.S. : I have a pending I-140 & I-485 but just wanted to vent out my frustration

Wish you all the best for your health. I hope you get your GC before your patience runs out. It's not fun. Take it easy!

Hope you get your approval soon. Don't think it's such a big deal worth overpowering our health etc. This forum is meant to vent so you are doing absolutely the right thing. Just don't let them rule your life...my 2 cents!

Guys: My filing date is also July 2nd. Is Cluelessguy right about USCIS not touching concurrent applications? I am planning a trip for the month of July to Europe and was worried about my I 140 being processed while I am away. If they are not going to touch our files I might be fine? What do you guys think?

Why arent they processing concurrent cases? I filed concurrently in June 07. My I140 was approved pretty quick. The I485 is pending. No LUD's no RFE's. I'm beginning to think they lost my file.

Thank you all - At this moment I guess all I need is little bit of encouragement all you guys who are suffering at the same level or may be few of you are lucky to get their I-140 approved. And when I say lucky, I do know some of you have waited eternally for it to come through.

As for gcard - I think currently they are only processing the ones who have paid for Premium processing. Oct2001's case was approved coz his filing date is June and most people who are complaining are people who filed in July/August and there by getting in the July fiasco. I am not sure what the approval date rate is for June, but definitely only EB2 filers are the ones who are getting through from 2007 as far as the statistics are been seen on this forum.

I may be wrong with these stats so you may cross check these stats on the forum to make sure.

Bigfil:

At least you have your I 140 approved which makes things easier. But my PD is Nov. 2002. I am just concerned about my I 140 being approved. I asked my attorney if they lost the files and they said no they did not. Also, when you enter your I 140 receipt number, what does it say? Mine says document sent to applicant. I think they mean the EAD.

I see what you mean. Nobody responded to your observation. It does seem that the majority of cases being approved are non concurrent. Must be something to do with first in first out.
