Topic: infopass today- some news
hi folks,
went to an infopass session today. long story short, we found out that my background check is still pending. i filed 485 last jun so they should ideally have followed the 180 day memo etc etc. Acording to IO this is the pending issue and she asked me to follow up with TSC directly and ask them to get this case adjucated.
maybe u guys want to follow up also and check whether this is not a hurdle in your case....
i'll update if i find anything useful.

gogsxyz! IMO its time to clog TSC fax machine with faxes!! u will be able to find fax formats on track itt! good luck buddy

Buzz, as I already told, their FAX machines are combined with shredder, don't even bother to send the fax :) |

Of course not! They have a computer based fax, and all incoming faxes go straight to /dev/null (the USCIS is a green organization, they wouldn't waste trees on us :-) |

I got the same reply.The Infopass CSR asked me to send a letter to NSC requesting them to process my application!!

Nah, everything goes from /dev/random, cuz it could be 30, 45, 60, 90 or who-the-hell-knows days :) |
