100% DEFINATELY -OCTOBER, 08 BULLETIN( MAY BE BEFORE ALSO)

Too optimistic... EB3 India has progressed only 5 months this year.
Looking at the latest statistics,
http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/A...FITS_May08.pdf
there are 739,934 I-485 applications to adjust status.
As we have 140000 visas for every year, can we assume that it will take about 5 years for heavily retrogressed cases like EB3 India?
This does not include new applications coming in.

regarding EB3 there is a big drama going behind the USCIS screen..OK.
wait and see..what is going to happen ?
i am very sure, EB3 go to atleast until Jan 2003 in Oct, 08 bulletin.

I agree with ringaringaroja. I am also thinking the same that VB will be current for me during Oct 08 ( will be until 2003 like the one we had for June 2007 VB.)

Listen, i am sure, senate is going to pass immigration bill in 2009. with in 2 to 3 years we are all get GC.
