I recently applied for EAD renewal. The fingerprinting appointment notice came in with a date of July 5, 2008. Does anyone know if they work on the weekends. Has anyone else experinced that...???

Yes my first time ead fingerprint appointment was on saturday last year. So yes they do work on saturday. You are lucky in the sense you don't have to take time off. |

I did also recevive finger pringting appointment on Sat July 5, 2008 but I postpone it-no reply so far from them

i also had my FP appointment for EAD on July 5th,,but since i am going out of town that weekend,,i went to their office directly and requested for earlier date. i preponed it and did my finger print on 30th June...

That is very nice- I wish I could do that also but somehow I thought that postponing will be the easiest thing to do.
Do you know by the way if they let you do that in a diffrent state ?

I do have the FP notice for July 12 at San Jose Location for my EAD renewal. Looks Like they do work on Weekends.
Hopefully Overtime will keep the USCIS employees happy.
