It is seems like the USCIS approves a lot of cases nowdays away from processing time .Is it a hope that my case is going to be approved soon!!!. I spoke to SC agent and she said you are going to have a decision in the next 4 months.

lol, thanks anyway but seriously iam trying to find out people in my case status, we may share some overhere. Iam trying to move to a different job and Iam waiting for the approval.

So why is this very long wait for you, your PD should be current. Did you try to open SR or call your congressman, also did you try info pass appointment. Did your name check clear? ,

iam a different masrawy, I have not done anything like that yet because I am not out of the processing time but i have seeing people got approved around my reciept notice. Should I go ahead and start all of that!!!!

not the SR step as it irritates them, it is a formal process and counts against the IO work log, and may induce RFE for nothing just to buy time from there side, but go ahead and do the rest. best of luck |
