I got and RFE for incomplete part 3, Section C of my form I-485 regarding memberships/affiliations. I must submit an affidavit listing my present and past memeberships in or affiliation with every political organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society or similar group in the United States or any other place since my 16th birthday. Inclue name, location and purpose of each organization and my dates of memeberships, including any foreign military service.
The question I have is; should I include everyhting? even in Mexico, no matter how small or big?
Anyone with the same RFE? please share your experiences..
Thank you...

It clearly specifies that you have to include any foreign military service. You cannot sign none or N/A if you have had one in Mexico.
My husband had one in our home counrty and he wrote it down as " mandatoy military service for all male citizens age 18 and older" and he specified it the date he served which was in 1994 (quite a while back)
We did not get any RFE yet
good luck

Even if I get "bola negra"? which is some kind of lottery where some get the military card without doing the military service.
Also the RFE went directly to my lawyer and not me, is this normal? NOt even a LUD I got saying that I had an RFE...

Yes - the RFE goes to your attorney because when you filed the application, you gave the law firm the right to represent you. On membership case - write down everything in Excel or Word format, and send the draft to your attorney. He will advise you on the matter. Do not get panicked. You may be getting the RFE because the column must have been left fully or partially blank.

One of my friends got the same RFE and he included all of the memberships that he ever held since 16 years of age and he got approved within two weeks of his reply so you will be fine just dont try to hide anything.
