Topic: Called TSC - IO gave new option which is going in circle
I called TSC a min., ago talked to IO.
IO: TSC, (Note: no name nothing...)
Me: Good Afternoon Ma'm; this is so and so would like to know about my 485 status.
IO: What about your 485 status? You need to call 1800 number then option 122624
Any idea? or any experience now a days..? This option is going in circle..

I can tell you what's your status even without calling any ph. number: your application is pending, EB3 is 'U' till at least October 1, 2008.

Yep, next time they will answer - "Please do not use POJ method. We will post info on trackitt with correct number to call" LOL

The POJ method used to work exceptionally well up until about April time; until it was abused.
Shame really, now folks wont share things like that again.

I heard that cases already pre-adjudicated may - if lucky - get their GC, in times like this. can you tell me is my case pre-adjudicated?
True or False: Processing times are the ones for cases already filed and VB is for cases waiting to file.
If true then my case is within your processing dates, could you please let me know when would be my turn?
At least I can expect your reply for the above questions.

'Pre-adjudicated' doesn't mean that visa number was assigned to the case. It's just mean they finished work on your case, and all they need is a visa number. But because EB3 will be 'U' till October, your case can not be approved.
Yes, processing times are for those cases which were filed. VB is not only for waiting to file, but also for approval. A lot of guys are outside of processing times already, but VB turned 'U' till the end of fiscal year, and their applications won't be approved until then :( |

Thanks Goblin, just a curiosity thats all. I recall "uriyadi" a outdoor game type of thing.
We have this play in India on a religious holiday day (like the piniyata/pinata)
In our traditions they keep the gift at the top of the very smooth wooden pillar. Also they used to pour oil, butter other slippery things on the wooden pillar. When a person is climbing up, they throw water on top of it. In spite of these person who goes and gets to the gift either by the small stick(they give to that person) or by hand win the prize. muzham means - when you straighten your arm- the length between your finger tips to the joint right before the upper arm(elbow?).

Over all meaning when u climb up 3 stair cases, you step down 6 stair cases.

Dont use the number the IO gave its not a new number I got that number in April -May too. just keep trying 12261 receipt nos 134 it works, the may ring for long time dont lose hope and finally an IIO will answer the call, I just called 2 days ago and spoke to the IIO.

i talked to io yesterday using the poj, it worked fine 1800.... 12261 reciept number 134, infact called twice one time for myself and second time for my wife.

the best times are around 8 am (ithink texas is central), lunch and around 4:30 pm, I always ends up with good person during these times
