The concurrent filing approvals seem to be dominated by EB-2's filed with PD 2005 or after (mostly RoW) whereas the standalone I-485 approvals seem to be mostly EB-3's with an early priority date (2000-2003) with I-485 filed in 2006/2007.
Does this mean there is an inherent difference in the way USCIS treats I-485 apps filed concurrently with I-140 and those filed as standalone.
I am a little confused (and worried) by this as I am a concurrent filer with early PD (June 2002) with concurrent filing done in June 2007

Look at travelbug73 :
His labor was filed on 08/25/2005 and he filed his I-485 in September 2005 ( Visa bulletin was current for EB2 back in September 2005). His green card got approved ahead of folks with earlier pds because he filed his I485 before the earlier pd applicants had filed their I-485.
Now one would argue if the receipting dates are identical but the priority dates are not - then ofcourse the one with the earlier PD would win if their is a visa number available according in his/her employment category OR whichever case was easier to approve depending on the case background.
BTW, EB2 do have preference over EB3.
