Guys,
Quick question. I am filling out for G325A form that needs to be submitted with i485. Towards the bottom of the page there is a section which says:
"If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, wite your name in your native alphabet below:"
Are we supposed to fill this out? What will happen if I dont write it in my native language? has anyone got an RFE for this issue?
My lawyer says, its no big deal, dont fill it out. But I am a little worried.
Your help is much appreciated!

Why don't you want to write it out? Is it a case of can't or won't? If you can't/don't know how to, couldn't you use a web translation page or something to get a print-out of your name, then copy and paste? Or get someone else to write it out? If you won't, well, it's only your name - is there a big deal about writing your name out?
Am I totally misunderstanding the question? Sorry if I'm being dense.

Its not that I wont, I cant. I was born and raised in a state far away from my home state. So I cant read or write my native language.
So I have left the column blank. We will see what happens.
Thanks for the help!

I think you should sign it as we got an RFE for the G325A form we had originally not signed it in so we had an RFE and had to sign it in native language, why dont you sign it in Hindi?
